WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first visit will take 45 minutes to an hour. During this time, we will go over your history, family history and movement assessment. Depending on your situation, it may include a chiropractic adjustment, any of our other modalities, an x-ray referral, or a referral to another practitioner who can better help you. Right after you book your first appointment, you will receive an e-mail with our intake forms. Filling these out ahead of time saves you time on the day of your appointment.

PRICING

Please call us for pricing specific to your needs. This office operates as pay-for-service. If you have insurance that covers chiropractic care, we will be happy to provide you with an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please note that insurance may not cover everything. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.

**Cancellation Policy: Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours and no-shows will result in a late cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees are not covered by insurance, HSA, or FSA.**
