SHELBY WOODBURY, DC

I am a Louisiana native, but found my way to North Carolina in July of 2019. I studied Chiropractic at Life University and Kinesiology - Human Movement with a minor in Sports Studies at LSU (geaux tigers!). I also served as an LSU Bat Girl for 2 seasons. Working with LSU Baseball will always be one of my greatest memories. As a dancer transformed into a powerlifter, I firmly believe that movement is the key to life. My goal is to keep you moving pain-free so that you can continue to being the beast that you are.

When I'm not in the office, you can find me with my husband and Bonnie girl, lifting heavy weights, or cheering on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints.

MIKE WOODBURY, DC

Get to know us

I'm Dr. Mike. I was born in Wilmington, but grew up in JoCo. I studied Chiropractic at Life University, where I founded and was president for the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) Club. I am now an assistant instructor for MPI.

While studying at NC State, I was a personal trainer with a specialization in rehab and obtained my Crossfit Level 1 and Movement & Mobility certifications. I am a former Injury Moderator for Stefi Cohen's Hybrid Performance Method, where I corrected form and assisted people in rehabilitation exercises or sent them to the correct specialist.

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy rolling at Bull and Bear BJJ, lovingly bothering my wife, and playing with my pups. If there's one thing I love doing, it's helping people stay active in whichever form of exercise they choose.

BONNIE

I'm a sweet 5-year-old Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) rescue. You can find me with my momma. I love meeting new friends, sleeping, and eating. If you let me sniff you, I will let you pet me all you want. I can be a slobbery fool so beware.

Judah

Welcome our newest addition to the Power Chiropractic clan! Judah hails from Montana and is a relative of Bonnie's. He was born on 05/26/2023.
